These terms govern your use of Hytta.ai ("the Service"), operated by Hytta.ai ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Hytta.ai is an AI-powered guest chat tool for vacation rental hosts. Guests can chat with an AI assistant that answers questions about your property and local area.

2. Beta

The Service is currently in open beta. This means:

• Features may change, break, or be removed without notice
• The service is provided free of charge during the beta period
• We may introduce paid plans in the future with reasonable notice
• There is no guaranteed uptime or SLA during beta

3. Your account

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• One account per person or organization

4. Your content

You own the content you provide (property descriptions, house manuals, custom responses). By using the Service, you grant us a license to use this content solely to operate the Service — generating AI responses for your guests.

You are responsible for ensuring the information you provide is accurate. The AI generates responses based on what you give it and publicly available data.

5. AI-generated responses

Responses generated by the AI are provided as-is. While we strive for accuracy:

• AI responses may occasionally be incorrect or outdated
• You should review your property's AI behavior periodically
• We are not liable for actions guests take based on AI responses
• Live data (e.g., ski conditions) is fetched from public sources and may have delays

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything illegal
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Abuse the AI system (prompt injection, automated scraping)
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data is deleted within 30 days.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" during beta. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.
